This series consists of two cost ledgers, one showing appropriations and expenditures for fiscal year 1937, and the other providing information on monthly expenditures of funds during fiscal year 1938. Entries for each project include the project number and title, project description and location, and expenditure made by object classification (i.e. salaries and wages, materials and supplies, travel and transportation, etc.). The fiscal year 1938 ledger also includes the total money allotted for the project, the date the project started, and the man-days utilized.
